Our process

1. Enquiry
   

   Once you have completed your calculations on the franchise calculator, call our team on 0800 526 454 and we will arrange a meeting with your local Regional Manager.

2. Meeting
   

   Initially you and the Regional Manager will fill out the application form and sign the disclosure document. From here you will learn more about the Jani-King concept, the investment and time commitment required to purchase your own franchise, discuss what your business objectives are and talk through finance options.  You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

3. Review
   

   You will review the information given to you at the meeting and decide what revenue option suits you and consider any finance options available.  Once you have decided, call your local Regional Manager to arrange a meeting for the next step.

4. Consideration
   

   Once your finance has been confirmed, we'll proceed with our administration and Ministry of Justice checks.  We will ask you to register your business name and GST.  We'll also ask you to seek independent legal advice to work through your franchise agreement - this process must take 10 working days after the initial disclosure has been signed.

5. Close
   Once you have reviewed the franchise agreement with your legal representative, your business is registered and finance is available, we will ask you to come in and sign your Franchise Agreement.  At this stage we will issue you with your invoice.
   
   
6. Training
   

   Once the Franchise Agreement and all paperwork is finalised, we will enroll you in the official Jani-King training program.
