Roger has been a part of the Jani-King family for over 13 years and is currently based in Christchurch. He has excellent results building successful businesses from the ground up, assembling high performance teams and delivering consistently strong results across diverse markets.  Roger has specialist expertise in franchising start-ups, small business, sales and business operations; and broad-reaching experience across sales management, people leadership, training and development, operational management, financial management, marketing management and key account management. In his spare time, Roger enjoys time spent with family and friends, snow skiing and traveling.

Alistair is a Christchurch based Chartered Accountant with extensive experience and qualifications in finance, tax, and business transformation. A part owner of the business, Alistair helps keep our financial administration moving in the right direction and is an active member of our board of directors. Out of work hours, Alistair’s passions are both family time and a North Canterbury vineyard specialising in Syrah & Viognier wines. Alistair also is an accredited business mentor for Business Mentors NZ Ltd, a charitable organisation focussed on helping smaller NZ businesses and their owners.

Quent has over sixteen years’ sales experience in B2B environment’s in Territory Management and New Business Development both Nationally and Internationally (NZ, UK & Australia). Quent set up and successfully ran the Graffiti Removal division for Jani-King Christchurch as a Franchisee. He has also worked for Jani-King in Operations, Sales and is now the Christchurch Branch Manager. Quent is an avid gym member and retired rugby player. He and his partner, having decided not to have human kids, instead play parents to two very interactive Cocker Spaniels! He also plays the acoustic and electric guitar (badly).

Currently Roger Washbourne’s Executive Assistant, Tracy also works on a National scale in marketing and brand development, business development and communications. Outside of work Tracy’s passions are travel, high adrenaline activities, music and her dog.

Jeff was born and spent the first 25 years of his life in South Africa before immigrating to New Zealand in 2005. Jeff is currently the Wellington Regional Manager which encompasses franchise sales as well as leading the local sales, operations and administration teams. Jeff has led the team in Wellington to significant growth in the past 5 years by ensuring the highest level of integrity is maintained throughout all business dealings. Outside of business hours, Jeff can often be found on a local golf course or spending time with the family. Jeff may be considered by most to be extremely organised and shows significant attention to detail – this includes the garden, lawns and home environment.

Penny is the Regional Manager for the Waikato Region looking after Franchise owners and customers in Hamilton, Rotorua, Tauranga and Taranaki.  Having owned several companies, Penny has extensive experience in sales and marketing, and a practical understanding of the day to day management of business. Out of work hours Penny enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.  Penny is also a board director for several not for profit organisations and enjoys supporting community initiatives.

Richard has been involved the cleaning industry dating back into the late nineties owning his own company based in Hibiscus Coast in Auckland. He joined Jani-King in September 2004 bringing many years of experience to our business. He is our Operations Manager based in the company’s largest office, Auckland. His team brings over 40 years combined industry experience to the table. When he is not at work he is a family man, a keen photographer and avid motorsport follower.

Brian brings to our business thirty years of proven leadership skills and substantial personal contributions in business development, growth strategies, marketing and profit improvements in international service environments, including ten years based in the United States. Brian is a member of the chartered Institute of Transport, a former Rotarian (charter president of the Albany rotary club) and a Paul Harris fellow for his services to Rotary International. Brian enjoys his leisure time. He enjoys all sports (a former manager of the Auckland Aces), travel and his grandchildren.
